2 Cans 15oz Eden Organic Garbanzo Beans No Salt Added1/4 C Tahini Paste (Joyva is the brand I used, no salt added, in case you wondered)Juice from 2 large lemons3 T ground Cumin2 T Garlic Powder (prefer fresh but powder is all I had)2 T Paprika1 1/2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil(Optional 1/4 t salt)Reserved juice from one can of beans
Place Garbanzo beans, +Juice from 1 can into processor and process until smooth-ish
Add in remaining ingredients & blend.
