Green eggs and Ham omelet

Ingredients
2 large eggs1/4 c. diced ham2 tsp onion1/4 c shredded cheese2 tbsp fat free half and half1/4 c frozen spinach
Directions
whip eggs and half and half in bowl. Spray pan w/ cooking spray, warm pan on stove. Poor egg mix in pan. Sprinkle ham, spinach, onion on omelet. When the omelet is almost firm on top add cheese, let cook for about a minute, then fold omelet. Cook till firm.
