2 garlic cloves diced1/2 medium zucchini diced1/4 onion diced2-4 mushrooms diced1 tsp olive oil2 tsp scallions1/2 cup tomato(spaghetti) sauce1/4 medium spagetti squash, seperated4 grape tomatoes sliced1 tsp feta cheese1 morning star grillers chick'n
Spaghetti squash:
1. Slice in quarters, microwave 20 min
2. use fork to get squash "meat" from skin
Sauce
1. heat 1 tsp olive oil in pan on medium heat
2.add garlic, zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, and scallions
3. Saute veggies 3-4 min- or until onions start to brown
4. add spaghetti sauce
5. turn heat to low and simmer
6. Cook Chick'n burger in pan as directed on box
7. use spatula to break apart
8. Add to sauce
9. Cook for 1 more min on low
Serve up sauce on top of spagetti squash and sprinkle feta on top
