Baked Peanut Butter Coconut Oatmeal

2 cup old fashioned oats 2 tsp cinnamon 3 egg whites 2 cups skim milk1 cup water 4 tbsp PB21 tbsp agave syrup 3 tbsp unsweetened coconut
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of old fashioned oats and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
3. In a medium bowl, beat egg whites and add milk, water, and peanut butter. Add to the oats.
4. Pour mixture into dish, and bake for 20 minutes. Drizzle with 1 tablespoons agave syrup.
