Thai Beef Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
12 oz flank steak 1 Tbsp chili sauce 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & thinly sliced 2 Tbsp fish sauce Salt & pepper, to taste 2 limes, cut into wedges 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 1 carrot, peeled & grated 1 head Bibb lettuce, washed and dried, leaves separated
Directions
1. Grill steak on an outdoor grill until cooked through. Allow it to rest 5 minutes.

2. In a small pan over low heat, combine the chili sauce, fish sauce, and juice of one lime. Heat just until warmed.

3. Slice the steak thinly and drizzle 1/2 of the warm sauce over the top.

4. Set out the jalapeno, cilantro, carrot, lettuce, and remaining lime wedges and sauce. Use the leaves like tortillas to wrap up the steak and top with desired toppings.
