Ingredients
extra lean ground beef (1 pound)2 carrots, sliced1 onion1 cup butternut squash cubed1 stalk celery, sliced1 cup sliced mushrooms1 cup brussel sprouts, quartered1 large tin tomatoes4 cups water4 cups beef brothseasonings, such as oregano, parsley, basil, worcestershire sauce (2 tbs) and salt and pepper
Directions
brown onion and meat. add vegies, 4 cups of water, 4 cups of broth and 1 can tomatoes, plus seasonings such as oregano, basil, parsley, salt and pepper. bring to boil, turn down to low and stie once in awhile.
