Beef Chili

Ingredients
3.5lbs pot roast cut into chunkssalt and pepper the pot roast throw in a high heat dutch oven and brown then remove.Add 3-4 cups of bell peppers whatever colors you like and 1-2 cups of onions.Add 3 cans of no salt added diced tomatoes1 cup of stock in this case all I had was chicken so that's what I usedAdd 5 garlic cloves minced1tlbs. oregano1tlbs. cumin1 tsp. cayenne1 tlbs. chili powder1 tsp. red pepper chili flakessalt and pepper to tastelet simmer for 1/2 hour then add a big 15 oz can of beans rinsed and drained whatever kind you like I used red kidney b/c that's what I hadthen add the meat back in and let simmer for at least 1 hour up to however many hours you want.
