Ingredients
1 healthy life hamburger bun1 slice fat-free American cheese, chopped 4 oz. lean ground beef1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/8 tsp. each salt and black pepper1/4 cup chopped onion
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into a ball, and make a large hollow indentation with your thumb.

2. Fill hole with the cheese pieces and squeeze meat to seal, enclosing the cheese. Flatten slightly into a thick patty.

3. Bring a skillet sprayed to medium-high heat. Cook patty for 4 - 8 minutes per side, until cooked through.

4. Meanwhile, cook onion in another skillet until browned, about 5 minutes.

5. Place cooked onion on the bottom bun half, and top with cooked patty. Finish with the top of the bun.
