NW Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
4 chicken breast cooked and Chopped (approx 11 oz)Medium Onion Chopped3 cloves garlic2T dried cilantro2 cans Ro-Tel1 Can Enchilada Sauce - Medium100g frozen corn3 cans Swansons Chicken Broth*optional not calculated in calories* add mozzarella cheese or tortilla chips
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in some chicken broth until soft. Add all ingredients except chicken, simmer.

Cook chicken and chopp, add to soup mixture.

Simmer until ready to enjoy.
