Slow Cooker Creamy Butternut Squash Soup

2 pounds Butternut Squash, cut into 1 inch cubes1 Cup chopped onions3 cups Chicken Stock1 Stick of butterSalt and Pepper to taste1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
Place everything except for cream cheese in slow cooker on High for 4 hours.
Mash everything together and add in pieces of cream cheese slowly to incoropate it.
