Linguine Bologense

Ingredients
6 oz. Whole wheat linguine8 oz. of ground turkey or ground beef1 med. onion chopped1 med. Zucchini chopped1/4 c. carrots chopped2 cloves of garlic minced1tsp of oregano1 can (14.5 oz.) of no salt added diced tomatoes1/2 c unsalted tomato paste3 tbsp of shredded Mozzarella cheese part-skim
Directions
Heat lg non stick skillet over med heat.
add meat and cook braking up the lumps until no longer pink
add onion, zucchini,garlic,carrot,oregano and 1/4 tsp of salt
cook stirring for 4 minutes
stir in tomatoes,tomato paste, 1/4 cup of water
Simmer until thickened 15 minutes served over cooked drained pasta and sprinkle with cheese
