Adapted Nine Day Coleslaw

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 8 cup, shredded Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Splenda, 1/2 cup Cider Vinegar, 6 tbsp Olive Oil, .25 cup *Splenda, 3 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Celery seed, 1 tsp
Directions
1. Prepare the vegetables and put them into a large bowl. Add 1/2 cup of splenda and mix. Set aside.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients together. Put them into the microwave and heat until boiling.

3. Pour the heated dressing over the vegetables and mix well. Refrigerate overnight.

Keeps 9 days.
