3-4 cups of dried black beans8 cups of chicken broth1 cup of carrots chopped1 cup of celery chopped4 cloves of garlic minced1 large white onion chopped2 tbsp garlic salt1 tbsp red or cayenne pepper1 tsp cuminSour Cream (optional)Cilantro (optional)
Add all ingredients (except sour cream and cilantro) to crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Use emulsion/stick blender to puree. OPTIONAL: Add a dollop of sour cream and cilantro to top.
