Ravioli & Escarole Lasagna

Ingredients
3/4 lb lean ground beef2 cup escarole, chopped2 cups Heart Healthy spaghetti sauce1 (9oz) package 5 cheese ravioli3/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese. shredded
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until done, about 8 minutes; drain & transfer to a plate.

3. Add the escarole to the skillet, season with salt and pepper and cook just until wilted, about 3 minutes.

4. In a baking dish, layer the tomato sauce, ravioli, beef, escarole, and mozzarella. Bake 45 minutes, until cheese is lightly browned and lasagna is cooked through.
