Overnight Cinnamon Raisin French Toast Bake

Egg white, 4 serving Egg, fresh, 1 large Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin Bread, 6 serving Fat free half and half, .25 cup *Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup, 1 serving Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp (remove)Laughing Cow Cinnamon Cream, 4 serving Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup Coconut Oil, .75 tbsp Half of Gala Apple Shredded
Oven to 350. Spray 4 ramekins with nonstick spray. Layer bread, cream cheese and apples. In other bowl combine, egg whites, egg, half and half, milk, syrup, cinnamon and oil. Whip until well blended. Pour evenly over each ramekin with bread. Pat down to make sure all is wet. Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge overnight. Set out in AM and remove wrap while oven is preheating. Place in 350 oven and bake until center is set. Serve with additional syrup if desired.
