Egg Frittata with Green Chiles and Veggies

Ingredients
*5 large eggs*1 cup 1% cottage cheese*2 oz canned green chiles - drained*1 cup broccoli florets*1 strip of bacon in bits1 cup & 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (separated)salt & pepper to tastecooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F

Blend the eggs, cottage cheese, and 1/4 cup cheddar cheese on high for 1 minute.

Remove blender from stand. Gently stir in green chiles, broccoli, and bacon bits.

Coat 8 X 8 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour batter in.

Place in oven. After about 10 minutes, sprinkle the rest of the cheddar cheese on top.

Dish is ready when it's firm in the center.

Makes 6 servings.
