low fat baked apple pockets

Ingredients
6 medium baking applescinnamon6 sheets of fillo dough (9 by 14in) cut in half1 tbsp egg beaters or egg2 tsp sugar
Directions
preheat oven to 350*
* peel and core the apples, then slice them in half
* lay out 1/2 sheet fillo dough and sprinkle with cinnamon
* lay an apple half on the fillo dough and wrap it up however you like and continue doing this until all your apple halves are used
* put the wrapped apples on a lightly greased tray (use cooking spray) and brush them lightly with the egg and sprinkle a little sugar on each
* bake for about 15 min, until apples are soft and fillo is golden (depends on the apple) and enjoy!
