Salmon Burgers

Ingredients
2 Cups leftover Cornbread- about two pieces ( smushed into crumbs)1 14.75oz canned salmon( drained but save 2 tbls of the juice1/4 cup fat free milksmall onion finely diced2 eggs1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder1 tsp old bay seasoning1 tsp lemon pepper ( I sprinkle this on after they are done cooking)
Directions
Mix everything together, spray george forman grill ( or a pan with cooking spray) place pattys and cook until golden brown. I put them on a bun and make them burger style but they would be good on their own as well.
