Peking Pork Chops

Ingredients
6 boneless pork top loin chops1/8 c. Splenda Brown Sugar blend1 t. ground ginger or 2 t. freshly grated1/4 c. soy sauce1/4 c. teriyaki sauce1/4 c. ketchup2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
1. Trim excess fat from chops and place in large skillet.
2. Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl, pour over chops.
3. Simmer on low for approx. 45 min. or until chops are tender, turning occasionally.
