1 can black beans, 1 can kidney, 1 can del monte diced tomatoes, 1.3 lbs of Shady Brook Lean Ground Turkey Mean (85/15). Chili powder, green pepper chopped..
Directions
brown turkey meat, add all ingredients into crock pot, chop & add green pepper. let cook for 4 hours on high or 6-8 on low. enjoy with reduced fat sour cream & low fat cheese!
