Barb's Country Cream Corn

1 Cup of 2% Milk4 cups of fresh cored corn2 tbs I Can't Believe Its Not ButterI tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 Cups of Water
Pour corn with pulp into skillet
add 2 cups of water
add 1 tbs of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Let Corn corn on medium heat and slightly boiling for 45 minutes or until corn is tender
Turn heat down to low and add butter
Make sure heat is down to low or simmering
Add milk, stir and remove from heat
Serving Size: Makes 6 1-Cup Servings
