Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Maple Syrup, 2 tbspCinnamon, ground, 2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp Milk, 2%, 24 fl ozice (optional)
Directions
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add ice if you wish. Can use non-dairy milks (which will change the nutrition information) and/or add in things like Nutella or chocolate or peanut butter (which will also change the nutrition information).
