2 Egg & Mushroom Omelette

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 large - beaten with the cream.Mushrooms, fresh, 2 medium - choppedCountry Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium & Vitamins (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 2 serving Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 tbsp *GREAT VALUE finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 0.25 cup Salt, 1 dash to tastePepper, black, 1 dash to taste
Directions
Heat the pan with the margarine, medium heat.
When margarine is melted add the mushrooms and cook until they are cooked through, add the beaten eggs with cream, season to taste.
Cook until the egg mixture is cooked through and not runny. Sprinkle the cheese on top and place omelette under the grill/broiler until cheese has melted and bubbly.
Remove Omelette from pan and serve.
