Jodi's Taco Salad

Ingredients
8 oz. ground turkey1/2 C onion, minced6 tsp Old El Paso Low Sodium Taco Seasoning mix1/4 C water4 C Romaine lettuce (or the lettuce of your choice)2 Roma tomatoes, diced1 C canned black beans, rinsed and drained1 C Dannon plain fat-free yogurt4 T scallions, minced (including the green tops)1 clove garlic, minced2 Old El Paso Hard Taco Shells, crushed into bite-sized pieces
Directions
In a non-stick pan, saute ground turkey and onions until done. Sprinkle in the taco seasoning mix, stir well. Add water. Simmer until liquid has evaporated.

In a large salad bowl, add romaine, tomatoes and black beans, mix well.

In a small bowl, add yogurt, scallions and garlic.

Portion out the salad mixture into four bowls or plates. top with taco shell crumbles and drizzle yogurt dressing on top.
