Ingredients
1/4 cup of Kellogg's Cracklin' Oat Bran Cereal8 Almonds1 tbsp of semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Place items into a plastic bag and carry with you to munch on when hunger pangs strike. Protein and Fiber will keep you feeling full and chocolate chips serves any sweet tooth! I couldn't find dark chocolate chips but dark chocolate will add more anti-oxidants to the mix. You can also substitute dried berries for the chocolate.
