2T White Chia Seeds1/2 - 1t instant coffee granules, depending on desired strength1t hot water1c Silk Light chocolate soymilk2T Hershey's sugar free chocolate syrup
Measure 2 Tbsp of Chia seeds into a 2 cup shaker or any container with a lid. In a measuring cup add instant coffee granules & 1 tsp of hot water to dissolve. To coffee add 1c light chocolate soymilk and pour mixture over Chia seeds. Place lid on shaker or conatiner and shake pudding mixture to prevent clumping of seeds. Place container in fridge for 5 minutes, then shake again. Place container in fridge for at least 4 hours so seeds will soak up liquid and swell. When pudding has reached desire consistency stir in sugar free chocolate syrup and serve.
