1 lb chicken cooked chopped1 envelope taco seasoning16 oz salsa2 cups mex blend cheese divided1 can Black beans1 can yellow corn1 can enchilada sauce1 package burrito shells
spray pan and pour 1/3 cup of enchilada sauce on bottom, spread eavenly. Cook chicken chop then add taco seasoning. Let that cool then add salsa, 1 cup cheese, black beans, corn. mix and put about 2/3 cup of mixture in center of burrito shell and roll up put in prepared 9x13. pour remaining sauce on top then top with cheese. bake 375 for 20 min
