Harvest Stuffed Acorn squash

Ingredients
1 acorn squash, split1/4 c sugar-free pancake syrup2T chopped walnuts2T craisins (may substitute raisins)
Directions
Split squash and remove seeds. Place on Pam sprayed baking sheet and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Turn right side up and put 2T syrup, 1T walnuts and 1T craisins in each. Bake for 15-30 minutes more or until tender.
