Koeran Crock-pot Beef Tacos

Ingredients
2 pounds beef chuck roast1/4 cup brown sugar1/6 cup Tamari sauce2 garlic cloves, crushed1 med onion, diced1/2 inch fresh ginger root, peeled and grated1 tablespoon cider vinegar1/2 tablespoon sesame oil1/2 whole jalapeno, diced, seeded
Directions
Spray your crock-pot dish and add beef and jalapenos. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl then pour over the roast. Cover, and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove from pot and shred beef, add some of the leftover liquid.
