Apple Dutch Baby Pancake

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Butter3 Large Apples1/4 Cup Sugar1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg3 Large Eggs1/2 cup Flour1 T sour cream or yogurt1/2 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray.

Saute first five ingredients until apples are slightly soft and transfer to prepared pie pan.

Mix remaining 5 ingredients and pour over apples.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until pancake is set and light golden in color.

Optional - garnish with powdered sugar.

    This was very tasty. Like have a delicious french toast topped with apples. I did a makeover of this using substitutions I normally do. And for me this really is 6 servings, it is that good! Sliced it 8 ways and said, no way I could stop with one tiny slice! Thanks!! - 11/10/13
