Millet with Raisins

Ingredients
Millet, 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 2 cup Water, tap, 3 cup Salt, .3 tsp Raisins, .9 cup (not packed)
Directions
Combine water and salt, bring to a boil.
Add millet, lower heat to medium-low heat and let cook (covered) for 10-15 minutes.

When Water is almost gone, add milk and raisins. Cook for another 5-10 minutes, or until milk is almost completely absorbed. Be sure to stir as it might burn on the bottom.

Turn heat off, let stand for 5 minutes.

Serve with a bit of butter (optional) and sugar.
