Ashley's Healthy Beer Chili

Ingredients
2 lbs. ground turkey2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans2 tbsp. chili powder1 tsp. oregano1/2 C chopped fresh garlic1 tsp. cayenne pepper or less1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes1 (12 oz.) can miller lite beer1 med. onion, chopped1 sweet bell pepper1 C raw celery
Directions
Cook ground turkey in frying pan and drain liquid. Mix turkey in large pot with tomato sauce, pinto beans, celery, onion, bell peppers, chopped garlic and chopped up can of peeled tomatoes. Add chili powder, oregano, and beer. Simmer for 10 minutes and then carefully add cayenne pepper. One teaspoon will be quite hot so you may want to try just a little less or more if you like a good kick. Stir pepper in slowly and cook another 20 minutes.
