Sue's 3-alarm Homemade Chili without beans

Ingredients
Lean ground beef, 93%Jimmy Dean pork sausage, HotGreen Bell pepperYellow and Red Bell pepperJalapeno peppersBanana PeppersHot Banana Pepper's Hunts Diced canned tomatoesTomato and Green Chili ( Rotell Hot )V-8 Vegetable Juice, Spicy HotChili SeasoningCuminCayenne1 pgk McCormick Enchilada Sause Mix5 or 6 bay leaves
Directions
In a large soup pot - 10 qt or larger - medium heat
Brown meats - drain and rinse
Dice all fresh peppers and onion
Saute in olive oil until onions are opaque

Add Meat back to pot - stir to mix
Add 2 lg Cans (28 oz each) diced tomotoes
Add 1 can Hot Rotell
Stir well to mix all ingrediants

Add seasonings to taste
Bring to boil
Reduce heat and let simmer 2 hours or until desired thickness

Serving Size: Makes 12 to 14 - 2 cup servings
