1 large Portabella Mushroom1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 cup Kraft fat free shredded Mozzerella1/4 cup Classico Cabernet Marinara Saucesalt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400* . Remove stem from mushroom and drizzle with a little olive oil. season with salt and pepper turn over and repeat on other side of mushroom. Place mushroom gill side down on baking sheet and place in oven. Cook until it begins to soften, about 5 min flip over and cook 5 more min. Spoon sauce over gill side of mushroom and top with cheese. Dot with a little olive oil and cook till cheese is melted.
