Crockpot Chile Verde

Ingredients
2lbs. Diced Pork1 c. flour1 tsp. salt1tsp. pepper1 tsp. garlic or 1 clove garlic1 tsp seasoning salt2 - 4oz. cans diced green chiles2-3 c. water
Directions
Shake diced pork in bag with the flour and seasonings. Brown flour-covered pork in skillet using cooking spray. Add chiles and water; mix together. Pour into crockpot. Cook on HIGH for 5-6 hours. Pork will fall apart. Serve with flour tortillas and shredded monterey jack cheese.
