Zucchini brownies

Ingredients
1/2 c veg oil (I used Canola Oil) 1 1/2 c Granulated Sugar 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 c. All-purpose 1/2 c Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt 2 c. Zucchini, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 9x13 pan. In a large bowl mix all but zucchini together. Fold in zucchini. Batter may be crumbly and dry, don't worry. Spread mixture evenly into pan.
Bake 25-30 mins. until brownies spring back. Allow to cool. and cut into squares.
