Red Cabbage-Apple Salad

Ingredients
Cabbage, red, fresh, 1 head, small (4" dia) Radishes, 10 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) Apples, fresh, 3 medium (2-3/4" dia) Fresh Chives, 3 tbsp choppedCelery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped Lemon Juice, .5 fl oz Olive Oil, .25 cup Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp Dry Mustard, 1 tsp Parsley, dried, .5 tbsp Garlic, 1 clove (pressed)Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Chop and combine first 6 indredients. Add lemon juice and toss

In a jar, combine remaing ingredients to make a dressing. Pour over salad and toss.
