1 whole pineapple2 oranges3 bananas
Directions
Use juicer
Cut up a whole pineapple and 2 oranges(include skins). Put in juicer to make juice.
Use blender to mash banana and add juice to make a delightful fruit smoothie that is fresh, organic, and no added sugars.

Serving Size: 44oz juice(add bananas later in blender).
