Ginger Oatmeal Bran Pear Muffins

Ingredients
-3/4 cup wheat bran-1 cup oatmeal- 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour( or oatmeal or any other healthy flour)- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder- 1/2 tsp ( generous) ground ginger-less than 2 tbsp brown sugar-2/3 cup almond milk-1/3 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt-1 chopped pear- 1/4 tsp of ginger and wheat bran combined for sprinkling
Directions
1. Preheat at 400F( 200 c)
2. comine dry ingredients first
3. then add milk then yogurt and fold in chopped pears
4. comine ginger and wheat bran and sprinkle over muffins
5. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes
