Taco Casserole - Low Fat

Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (remove)Corn Tortillas, 6 oz (remove) OR 9 4.5 inchTortillasCheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 cup, shredded (remove)*Rosarita no fat Traditional refried beans (serving 0.5 cup), 2 cup (remove)*Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 24 tsp (remove) OR 2 PKGSSalsa, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
Cook Ground beef, drain and rinse with warm water. Add 2 pkg. Taco seasoning and 1 1/2 cup water. Simmer until thickened. Spray 9 X 9 inch casserole dish. Layer 4 tortillas, half refried beans, half meat, 1/2 cup salsa, 1/2 cheese. Layer another 4 tortillas, then quarter last tortilla and put in corners to cover all areas...layer rest of ingredients ending with cheese. Cook at 375 Degrees for 30 min. Serve with guac or sour cream or fat free plain greek yogurt.
