Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients
Marinade For Steak4 tsp sugar2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce2 tbsp water2 tbsp corn starch1.25 pounds of Sirloin or flank steak1 tbsp vegetable oil (divided) 1 tsp of ginger root2 cups fresh musrooms6 cups fresh broccoli1/4 cup water3 tbsp of House of Tsang Classic Stir Fry Sauce (or similar)
Directions
Makes about 6 1 cup servings

*Trim fat from steak and cut into thin 1 inch strips (or check at your grocery store for precut "stir fry beef)
*Marinate the beef with the sugar, low sodium soy sauce, water and cornstarch
*Marinate for 15-30 minutes

*Heat 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok or large non stick skillet on high
*Add steak mixture and cook for 2 minutes; remove steak from pan
*Add remaining 1/2 tbsp of oil and add ginger root, mushrooms, broccoli and water
*Cover and cook for 3 minutes
*Return steak to pan
*Stir in Stir fry sauce and cook 2 minutes until bubbly
