Soy-Tofu Shake

Ingredients
1 Cup Westbrae or Westsoy Non-Fat Vanilla Soy1 Slice of Mori-Nu, silken, lite-firm Toful1 tsp. Vanilla Extract or any favorite flavored Extract that you prefer1 Serving (1/4 of dry ingredient) of Kraft Jell-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding Mix any flavor you like.8-12 Ice Cubes1 - 1 1/2 C. of cold water
Directions
Put all in the blender and blend on high til it is all mixed add the ice cubes 2 at a time and blend until they are ground up and the contents of blender are slushy. Pour into a large cup and drink with a straw.
