in saucepan add:1.5 cups Pre-cooked brown medium grain rice.25 cups diced each: red, green & yellow peppers.5 cups low sodium black beans.25 cups diced white onion1/8 cup water1 Tablespoon cilantro2 Teaspoons taco seasonHeat all the way through and serve 1/3 cup as side dish
