Sai's Pinapple Chicken Curry

1 can lite coconut milk1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple1 20 oz. can pinapple chunks or tidbits2 large chicken boullion cubes1 tsp (or less if too spicy) curry pasteThai Basil (2 big handfuls)Cherry tomatoes (optional)Fish sauce (optional)
Pour 1/3 part of coconut milk in a pot and bring to boil. Stir in curry paste. Add chicken and boullion and stir until cooked. Add pineapple and remaining coconut milk. Stir in basil and tomatoes and serve.
