Chocolate Pudding (#2)

Ingredients
1 cup "milk"1 Tbsp cornstarch2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa2 Tbsp brown sugar, not packed1/2 tsp vanilla extractpinch of salt
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a small saucepan. Whisk continually and bring to a simmer.

2. Reduce heat; stir until smooth and the mixture can coat the back of a spoon.

3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and portion into 2 custard cups.

Serving Size: makes 2 servings, each in a 3/4 cup custard cup or ramekin.
