Banana Blackberry Muffins

1 cup all purpose flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 Tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp salt2 eggs1 cup fat free greek yogurt3/4 cup splenda2 Tbsp country crock + calcium, melted2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce2 mashed bananas1 cup blackberries, chopped in half
Preheat the oven to 400F. In a small ziploc bag or bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.
In a large bowl, mix the margarine, applesauce, eggs, and splenda together. Add in the greek yogurt and bananas. Mix until well combined.
Add in the dry ingredients and mix until just moistened. Don't overmix! Add in the blackberries and spoon into greased muffin tins or cupcake liners. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown on top and a toothpick comes out clean.
