Easy Chicken and Dressing

3 cups cooked chicken (about one rotisserie chicken)2 boxes Stove Top Stuffing (I use cornbread)1/2 cup Blue Bonnet Light Margarine1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
Melt margarine in microwave. Toss with stuffing mix in a large bowl. Spread on bottom of 9x13 baking dish sprayed generously with nonstick spray.
Cover top of stuffing mix with cooked cubed chicken. Stir together cream of chicken soup with one can of water. I shook in some poultry seasoning here. Pour over top of chicken and stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
