veggie cheese omelet

Ingredients
2 eggs1/4 c. nonfat milk1/4 t. black pepper2 sliced green onions1/3 c. chopped fresh broccoli3 strips yellow, red or orange peppers, diced1 slice havarti cheese1 slice swiss cheese1/4 c. shredded triple cheddar
Directions
Beat eggs, milk and pepper together. Spray skillet with nonstick spray. Saute veggies. Set aside. Add egg mixture to pan. Cook over medium heat until set. Once set, Add cheeses & veggies. Fold over.
