Crock Pot Chuck Roast - Hungarian Goulash Style

Ingredients
Beef, Chuck Roast, about 2.5-3 lbsBeef Bullion, 2 tsp, I use Orrington FarmsWater, 1 cupGarlic, 3 clovesSalt, 2 tspPaprika, 2 tspDry mustard, 2/3 tspKetchup, half cupWorcester Sauce, 2 tspOnion,1 large, choppedBeets, 2 medium, chopped
Directions
Basically you just chop the onion and the beets and put all of the ingredients in the Crock Pot and give it a stir and cook on low for about 7 hours!
