Sushi!! California Rolls

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 cups(not real cups, 3-4 of the measuring cup given in the rice package) of white rice- 2 tsp salt- 2 tbsp white sugar-4 to 5 tbsp rice wine vinegar-4 to 5 pieces of nori(seaweed)-one english cucumber-4 to 5 pieces imitation crab( or hard-boiled egg for vegetarian option)-2 avocado-4 to 5 shiso leaves- mayonaise( cupie) (opt)
Directions
1. cook rice
2. add vinegar, salt, and sugar
3. mix all and put in rice by cutting the rice to mix
4. wave nori over stove flame on both sides
5. place nori on sushi roller and spread rice evenly leaving a 1/2 inch at the top
6. drizzle mayo(opt) and add filling in the middle
7. roll it all up squeezing tightly
8. wet knife each time you cut

Serving Size: 4 to 5 sushi rolls, about 40 pieces
